Le commutateur S3500 est un composant de l'architecture d'entreprise virtuelle mobile (MOVE - Mobile Virtual Enterprise) Aruba, qui fournit des services d'accès virtuel sécurisés auxu tilisateurs, quel que soit leur emplacement, leur méthode d'accès, leur périphérique ou leur application. Conçu pour déployer l'accès au réseau dans les armoires de câblage des entreprises, le commutateur S3500 est disponible dans quatre modèles avec 24 ou 48 ports 10/100/1000BASE-T et un module de liaison montante optionnel. Les modèles PoE disponibles prennent en charge 30 Watts maximum par port, selon les normes IEEE 802.3af (PoE) et 82.3at (PoE+).
